2021 Paso Robles Petit Verdot

Hand Harvested, gently pressed and aged in Neutral Oak French barrels for 20 months, this deep purple, powerful full bodied wine boasts well rounded tannins, dark fruits, a hint of black pepper accompanied with violet floral notes. Pairs well with rich fatty foods, as well as BBQ, Steak, Short Ribs, Carne Asada.
